Sunday Sheet Pan Dinner
The easiest kind of comfort food — everything cooks together while you relax.
Some recipes ask for your full attention. This one doesn’t.
Just toss chicken, potatoes, and carrots on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, and let your oven do the rest.
While it bakes, your kitchen fills with that cozy Sunday smell — the kind that makes everyone wander in asking, “What’s for dinner?”
🛒 You’ll Need
- 2–3 chicken breasts or thighs
- 3–4 small potatoes, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: garlic, rosemary, or any herbs you like
👩🍳 How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Spread out the chicken, potatoes, and carrots.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper (and herbs if you want).
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until everything’s golden and a little crispy.
That’s it. No stirring, no sauce-making, no stress.
💡 Rosey Tip
Once it’s done, open Rosey and upload a photo of what’s left. She’ll help you turn the leftovers into something new tomorrow — maybe a quick wrap, soup, or hash.
